Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

Key Information:

  • Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
  • Salary: £12.49 per hour plus benefits, including paid induction and additional compensation for overnight shifts
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, on a shift rota covering Monday to Sunday
  • Shift Patterns: Morning and evening shifts available
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care.
  • Help individuals set and achieve personal goals.
  • Promote respect, dignity, and equality in all interactions.
  • Adhere to the values and mission of SeeAbility.

We seek individuals who are calm, patient, and resilient, with a valid UK driving license to assist those you support.
