We are looking for a social-savvy content creator, brimming with ideas, who loves shooting and editing engaging foodie videos. You'll join the content team in a buzzing Brand & Marketing dept at a pioneering, purpose-led food brand.

40hrs per week, Hybrid working can be either our Head Office in Sittingbourne or our office in Tonbridge but would need to be in Sittingbourne at times

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for shooting, editing and delivering a steady stream of creative video content across our digital platforms. You'll also be able to turn your hand to photography and graphics.
  • Be a great visual storyteller, capturing video from across the business under our three content pillars:
  • Our food and how it can change your life for the better (80% of the job)
  • Our journey to becoming nature positive and how you can help us create change (10%)
  • Our social impact through making and sharing lifechanging meals (10%)
  • Be fully immersed in our brand values, purpose, design guidelines, customer profiles so you can bring it to life for our customers and team.
  • Help plan and deliver a content calendar to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Love collaborating with others and being part of a tight team.
  • Ensure all videos are produced to a high standard with the flexibility to be used on various channels: our social platforms, our website and our retail teams and across paid social. There will also be some requests for internal videos to support story telling across the business.
  • Understand all our channels / social media platforms (and be on top of trends), to ensure content is captured and distributed in the most engaging and costeffective way.
  • Be happy getting out and about, visiting shops, farmers, different COOK locations, to shoot the best footage you can.
  • Be confident posting/scheduling content yourself.
  • Deliver to tight deadlines and be able to juggle lots of different tasks/projects.
