Adecco are currently recruiting for a HR administrator on behalf of our client based in Keynsham.

Our client are looking for someone on a temporary basis for around 4-8 weeks to assist in their office with the HR admin.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is available immediately with a strong administration background.

PLEASE NOTE - You'll need an in date enhanced DBS for this role

Duties:

  • Administer starter and leaver processes
  • Provide accurate on boarding process ensuring new starter checklists are complete
  • Undertake pre employment checks
  • Prepare letters and contracts for any employment changes
  • Supporting HR Admin team
  • Drafting job descriptions
  • Prepare reports

The Individual:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Great customer service skills in a professional environment
  • Confident communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Previous HR experience would be advantageous
  • Must have in date enhanced DBS
