We are seeking a Sales Receptionist to join our Front of House team and help deliver a 5* customer experience to our clientele.


FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

THE ROLE:

  • Diary management of a well established, busy clinic with multiple doctors and therapists
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a smile
  • Handling payments including over the phone payments
  • Reaching out to our loyal clientele to inform them of monthly offers and discounts
  • Handling consultations and updating client accounts with relevant, uptodate information
  • Adhering to company policies and ensuring that this information is relayed to clients appropriately
  • Assisting GMC registered doctors with advanced treatments
  • Assisting senior therapists with advanced treatments
  • Ensuring conversions are completed and updated correctly throughout the day
  • Work closely and liaise any issues, complaints or irregularities to Clinic Manager
  • Opening and closing the clinic following correct protocols
  • Sundry duties to include sorting post, receiving & recording deliveries
  • Using own initiative to manage day to day challenges and issues arising
  • Prioritise and organise checklisted duties on a day to day basis while ensuring the clinic's smooth operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who:

  • Is keen to deliver with the highest standard of customer service
  • Is sales driven
  • Is a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Is proficient with IT (beneficial if experience using Phorest)
  • Is able to use initiative to complete tasks and bring forward suggestions
  • Is able to adapt to the fastpaced and challenging environment
Knowledge within the Aesthetic / Beauty industry is preferred, but not essential.
We will provide full training.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary:
From £20,475.00 per year
