Rcruitment Apprenticeship

We are looking for a confident, ambitious apprentice to join our recruitment team.

You must have great communication skills, fantastic written English as well as a creative flair

You must be able to travel to Leicester L3 postcode area for this role.
As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will be involved with increasing our advert exposure,

You'll have the opportunity to be creative, use your initiative and improve our recruitment

procedure wherever necessary.

What you'll do:

Write and post adverts on all relevant websites

Arrange interviews and liaise with appropriate line managers

Identify methods to improve the service we provide

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSE Level 4 or above, must include Maths and English

Level 6/B in English Language preferred

Personal Qualities:

Confident speaking on the phone.

Ability to work without close supervision.

The ability to work to a professional standard.

Willingness to progress within the business and help drive business.

• This is an apprenticeship position. You will be paid an apprenticeship wage (minimum £6.40/hour) for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. The advanced L3 recruitment apprenticeship will take 18 months to complete._
