About the job:
Our client is in search of a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the entire patient journey at their recently established clinic.
The key responsibilities include managing the patient experience from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless handling of logistical aspects like transport and accommodation.

The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, handling appointments, and upholding top-notch standards of cleanliness and organization.


Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage the complete on-site patient journey for a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Arrange return transport and accommodation bookings when necessary.
- Welcome patients and chaperones, providing refreshments and ensuring their comfort.
- Supervise patient care during procedures, ensuring chaperones are well taken care of.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and oversee post-surgery communications.
- Interact with patients before and after surgery via calls and messenger groups.
- Acknowledge patient milestones post-treatment with gestures like offering champagne.
- Gather patient feedback and promote reviews on multiple platforms.
- Maintain the clinic schedule to ensure efficient booking of appointments.
- Take charge of clinic cleanliness, including sanitizing facilities between patients.
- Manage stock procurement and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Supervise the building's external maintenance and waste disposal.
- Cultivate positive relationships with patients.
- Guide the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Handle clinic correspondence and ensure accurate and compliant patient records.
- Address patient grievances promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media groups and engage with patients when necessary.
- Establish and uphold clinic policies and procedures for a safe, professional environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in clinic or hospitality management.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership proficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy clinic setting.
- Patient-centered approach with a dedication to high-quality service.
- Proficiency in appointment booking systems and schedule management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical environment.
