Job Title:
Administrative Officer
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to charity policies
- To be responsible for disseminating all information relating to activities and events at the Charity or within the community (i.e. diary sheets, booking forms, newsletters, social media and website etc)
- To be responsible for invoicing and other administrative tasks such as record keeping; maintenance schedule; staff training; DBS records
- To create and keep updated records and databases relating to members, personnel and financial information
- To liaise with senior managers to prepare booking forms and dissemination of information to parents for our Short Breaks Service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills

£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
