Job Title:
Administrative Officer

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to charity policies
- to liaise with Carers, Care Homes and other professionals directly involved with our clients care

  • To be responsible for disseminating all information relating to activities and events at the Charity or within the community (i.e. diary sheets, booking forms, newsletters, social media and website etc)
  • To be responsible for invoicing and other administrative tasks such as record keeping; maintenance schedule; staff training; DBS records
  • To create and keep updated records and databases relating to members, personnel and financial information
  • To liaise with senior managers to prepare booking forms and dissemination of information to parents for our Short Breaks Service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
