Responsibilities.
- Support the influencer team to deliver best in class influencer and organic social campaigns.
- Be a key player and demonstrate thought leadership to help drive our influencer and organic social offering forward
- Develop high performing campaigns and strategies in conjunction with Head of Social that deliver against clients objectives
- Pitching of campaign ideas and responses to briefs to new and existing clients
- Develop relations with influencer management companies and influencers.
- Strong influencer vetting, contract negotiation and writing
- Working with the influencers to ensure content produced is to brief and hits and clients KPIs
- Management of clients organic social campaigns including creation of content calendars, content creation and posting.
- Editing of content to create high performing posts
- Posting of content using social management platform
- Reporting of influencer and organic social performance to clients with strong insights and recommendations.
- Work with our Strategy and Solutions team to ensure we are measuring the effectiveness of our activity on our clients business performance.
- Work within a testing style framework to drive accounts forward.
- Delegation of tasks to Senior Influence Executives
- Line manage, train and mentor the Influencer Team
- Regularly perform detailed data analysis with strong recommendations that will drive performance forward.
- Help support, and potentially lead new business pitches and proposals for Influencers and Organic Social
- Attend and lead client calls where appropriate
- Track and deliver tasks through a project management system
- Regularly post thought leadership on LInkedin, create blogs, videos and be an active contributor to our marketing
- Help increase visibility of social within c3 and our successes and generate case studies and awards entries around successes.
- Proactively grow knowledge of influencer landscape
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a influencer / organic social role
- At least 2 years experience of client communications
- Strong understanding of how influencers can be used to work at all levels of the funnel and associated KPIs.
- Understanding of all major social media platforms and how they work
- Understand what makes good social (brand and influencer) posts
- Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
- Be creative to generate strong ideas that will capture attention and perform
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
- Creative, yet analytical way of working
- Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature
- Collaborative worker and all-round team player
