Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist

ThePlaceToBe is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the creative arm of the agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 influencer marketing campaigns, including brief taking, brainstorming, and ideation
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
- Monitor and report on campaign success, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the power of influencer marketing. You should have a strong understanding of the social media landscape and be able to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising options
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
