Your new role

The post holder will provide leadership and direction for the Supplier Quality and NPI function and work closely with the wider Quality and Supply Chain teams in supporting supplied quality to our build lines, and assisting with the introduction and development of the supply base.

A key focus area for this role will be new product introduction to ensure we build in supplier quality from the earliest stages of the process.


Hours of work:
7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Fri. There is some flexibility with start and finish times.
37.5hr week What you'll need to succeed

Ideally we would like to see candidates with significant experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, including AS9100 and ISO9001 standards experience.

You will have a Degree in an Engineering related discipline and/or relevant work- related experience. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required. Experience working with customers, regulators and suppliers.

Strong leader capable of working successfully in a matrix organisation, as part of a cross-functional team to drive impactful results.

You will have experience in working with a global supply base, in particular in low-cost regions. What you'll get in return Competitive salary
