There are two warehouses in the UK, one in Petersfield Hampshire and the other in Birmingham.

With more and more shoppers interested in buying their Sanitary-ware and Tiles online, Drivers have a more important role than ever.

This is not just about delivering goods, on time and in great condition. It's about customer service, too.

The friendly approach, the smile, and the care you'll take to speedily resolve any queries right there and then, on the doorstep or in the shop of our customers.

We are recruiting for a driver at our Birmingham Depot.

The role

  • Completing visual inspections for the vehicle on a daily basis
  • Delivering to varied routes as far as Newcastle, Manchester, Wales, M4 Corridor and North London
  • Getting customers' orders to them on time and in perfect condition
  • Being a friendly face that customers are always happy to see
  • Checking the product on the van against the orders and manifest
  • Good Communication is critical in this role
  • Reporting of accidents and damage to your vehicle
  • Highlight any issues with your vehicle or run

Woking a 10 hour shift (6am to 5pm)
Your experience and skills

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Pride in making customers' lives easier
  • A calm approach to dealing with issues customers might have with an order
  • Comfortable with physical work including loading and unloading your van, and delivering orders to customers' doors or shops
  • Hardworking and conscientious flexible and understands the need for good customer service and satisfaction
  • At one years' driving experience with multi drop and longdistance delivery
  • Vigilant and confident behind the wheel
  • Ideally, No points on your licence
  • Organised and competent with customer paper work (POD'S)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Road safety for yourself and others is essential
