Our client has recently experienced unprecedented growth across within their firm. They are therefore looking to recruit experienced Employment Lawyers to join their team in Plymouth.

Our client's firm, as a whole is growing significantly. They're not just looking for exceptional Employment lawyers, but exceptional people too. You'll report to the Head of the Employment Team, and you'll work alongside others in the other Commercial teams.

Providing the very best client service is a priority for them and must be for you too.

They strongly believe in supporting and developing the careers of their lawyers. As such, they'll ensure that you receive all the training and support that you need.

You ideally should have 2 – 6 years' plus PQE or equivalent experience. You should have significant experience in advising employers in respect of employment disputes, as well as providing practical advice to employers. Experience defending Employment Tribunal claims would also be highly advantageous.

In line with their top priority as a firm, you should provide an exceptional client service at all times.
