Your new firm

Our fantastic client is a Top National Law Firm, and they are looking to recruit a Mental Capacity Senior Associate Lawyer to join their well-established Specialist Court of Protection Team with the option to work in a range of their offices in the Southwest, including their Bristol office.

 

Your new role

In this role you will be working as a part of a large Court of Protection team and will involve managing a wide range of cases for the Mental Capacity team, collaborating with partners and team members along with engaging with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally. You will also get the opportunity to manage a caseload of files and take part in the business development of mor junior members of the team.

 

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have considerable experience as a Solicitor and or CILEx Lawyer of equivalent level, with expertise in Court of protection Law with a focus on mental capacity work. You will need to be thoroughly familiar with the Court of Protection for this role. On top of this, you will have strong business development, marketing, and client management skills. You will also need to be able to demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency and a successful record in overseeing individuals' property and financial matters. The ability to mentor more junior colleagues is highly desired.
