Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a warm and sincere welcome to our guests on their arrival and departure
  • Escort our guests to reception and assist with luggage and valet parking
  • Maintain the entrance of the hotel ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness
  • Liaise with the concierge team to arrange transport and taxi requirements or places of interest to visit
  • Proactively showcase your knowledge and passion of the hotel services available
  • Create a lasting impression of providing extraordinary service from the beginning to end of our guests perfect stay
