Job Title: Doorman – Luxury Hotel - London

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorman to join our team at a Luxury Hotel in the heart of London. As a Doorman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome
* Assist guests with their luggage and any other requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting a positive and professional image
* Work closely with the concierge team to provide a seamless and personalized service
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
* Possess a full driving license and be over 25 years old

Requirements:

* Previous experience in luxury hotels is essential
* Impeccable level of customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
* Well-presented with flawless communication skills, able to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner
* Strong knowledge of London and the local area, with the ability to provide recommendations and guidance
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
