Job Title: Host/Hostess at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

The Host/Hostess plays a crucial role as they are the first person guests encounter at the restaurant. They warmly welcome guests, manage reservations using Open Table, and have a good grasp of the menus and ingredients available each day. In addition, they are knowledgeable about server stations, daily assignments, and regular guests' preferences.

It is essential to have a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Salary: £28,000 per annum (on target earnings) - comprising base salary of £23,795.20 per annum plus service charge, usually around £800 per month

Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Host/Hostess in Five Star Hotels and Resorts
  • Fluency in verbal/written English
  • Beneficial to have a good understanding of English
