You'll be involved in international student recruitment and some occasional travel aboard may be required.You should feel comfortable working in a target driven environment and using data to assess your work and make decisions.
Most of all, we're looking for someone who can make a difference at Escape Studios.We're ambitious and you'll be a core part of our team, driving growth in student numbers across all programmes (undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses).
ResponsibilitiesnManaging the outreach schedule, booking and attending student recruitment fairsnLeading the student recruitment team and managing Student AmbassadorsnDeveloping and maintaining relationships with our top applicant schoolsnOwnership of the student recruitment budget and delivering value for moneynDelivering presentations, workshops and events to attract prospective studentsnMaintaining records in our CRM system and tracking the performance of outreach activitynCollaborating with different teams/departments to create engaging content and eventsnSupporting on the development of our Student Recruitment strategy, finding new ways to engage with prospective studentsnWorking with international agents and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersnSetting targets, tracking performance and creating reports to showcase the work of the Student Recruitment TeamCompetenciesnEssential:
n4+ years in a recruitment, sales or management rolenConfident communicator with experience of delivering presentations to groupsnAbility to generate reports, monitor data and use insights to inform plansnStrong organisational skills with the ability to successfully multitasknA positive attitude and flexibility in your approach to worknLine management experience to support and develop our student recruitment teamnAdaptability and willingness to engage with projects outside of your day-to-day remitnWillingness to work some unsociable hours, for example attending 6-8 Saturday events a year and travel in the UK on a regular basis
nDesirable skills and qualifications:
nHold a degree or equivalent level qualificationnInterest in film/game/tv/creative industriesnExperience in higher or further educationnExperience of using a CRM system such as SalesforcenInternational recruitment or marketing experience
