Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a full time contract for a company based local to the Wellington area in Telford.

This would be on a ongoing contract with potential to go permanent after an extended period of time:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all administration in relation to processing orders, ensuring accurate accounting, documentation and according to company processes and procedures.
  • Deal with any face to face customer enquiries and associated cash sales.
  • Ensure supplies are distributed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain appropriate accounting and reporting procedures in relation to all company monies and stock.
  • Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.
  • Carry out all administration required.
  • Adhere to company service standards, procedures and ways of working.
  • Supporting transport administration input, ensuring correct documentation and facilitating effective communication to the local and wider teams.

  • The ability to communicate with people across all levels of the business.
