What you'll be doing

  • Coordinates the expansion of the existing customer bases, supporting lead generation across website and calls and the usage of BT's products and services.
  • Supervises a team of desk based sellers to determine the most appropriate strategic sales and advisory approaches.
  • Supports resources renewal contracts and business activities for assigned sales, product and pricing comparison matrices to accelerate customer decision making; maintain and manage in field customer-specific pricing contract data and reporting requirements; manage and resolve pricing issues, etc.
  • Supports internal operational resources to resolve customer and desk based escalated issues.
  • Coordinates the creation of custom reporting, metrics, data analysis such as information on customer ordering history and buying patterns as required by sales leadership.
  • Supervises a sales advisory team and monitors its ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
  • Supports in the design and delivery of process improvements within the sales advisory team.
