Job description
Due to continual growth, we are looking to recruit a Care co-ordinator for our WeCare branch in Nottingham.

  • Growing and developing the business.
  • Holds the relevant qualification necessary for the position (or working towards).
  • Must have experience within the Domiciliary Care Sector.
  • Skills to mentor, support and train the team.
  • Must be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Have experience in managing a team.
  • Support with out of hours on call.
  • Ability to analyse practice and compliance.
  • Must hold a current British driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management.
  • Selfmotivated, organised, flexible, and caring.
  • Excellent administration and good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships within the local community and stake holders.
