About our exciting opportunity

You will lead the coordination of our Engineers by scheduling customer installations and network fault repairs. You willfacilitate seamless communication with both internal and external Engineering resources through workflow systems like Skeduloand ensure optimal workload distribution.

Your skills and experience

  • Allocating Engineer resources through systems such as Skedulo based on Engineer availability.
  • Ensuring the booking systems are maintained and updated at all times to provide accurate records.
  • Creating Geopal jobs and ensuring they are assigned to the correct Engineers.
  • Understanding customer failed appointments and next actions to address and keep customers informed.
  • Assisting our Streetworks Permit officer to ensure all NSRWRA regulations and compliance are met.
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and external via all recognised communication channels and within agreed timescales.
  • Using and understanding our customer database and ticket management systems such WHCMS.
  • Providing cover for other scheduling & booking activities as and whenrequested.
