Pilgrims Hospices are looking for experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team based at Pilgrims Hospices, Ashford.

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work across the patient pathway, utilising a full range of advanced practice nursing skills including: undertaking physical examination, requesting diagnostic interventions, identifying and implementing treatment plans, including appropriate prescribing and admitting and discharging patients to and from hospice care. The post holder will have important focus on supporting care professionals working in the wider health and social care to help ensure wherever possible, patients are cared for in a place of their choice.

Qualified as a Registered General Nurse, you will have palliative expertise and already be educated and or working at advanced level practice.
