A brand-new opening for an experienced Sales Administrator has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation, ensuring the smooth running of the business whilst developing your own skills and experiences within the Automotive industry.


In the Sales Administrator role, you will be:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls and associated follow up service calls
  • Generating and processing orders and producing delivery documentation
  • Obtaining market research
  • Processing sales ledger receipts and carrying out credit control calls
  • Maximising turnover and distribution
  • Carrying out other duties to facilitate the smooth running of the businesses
To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Have good interpersonal skills, via the telephone and face to face.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
This is a temporary role for approximately 3 months based in Ruthin. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 17:00pm and 8:30am

  • 12:30pm on a Friday. The hourly rate for this role is £11 per hour + holiday pay.
