Sales Administrator

Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel en le Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Administrator.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Processing a high volume of quotations and general enquiries;
- Dealing with customers face to face;
- Working to deadlines in line with company sales targets (daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting);
- Understanding the importance of precision of the data entered;
- Switchboard assistance whilst other departments telephone lines are busy;
- Contacting current customers from the data base in order to generate quotations for both work surfaces and sample orders;
- Completing other duties as required;
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
We are seeking someone who has some office experience, working at a busy pace and achieving key deadlines. Experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel is essential. We seek an organised and methodical person who works well within a team and can problem solve, work flexibly and has a positive attitude.
