We are looking for a strong administrator to join our team to be responsible for the administration of the our All Makes ProgramMain Responsibilities
- To manage and control central ordering from suppliers.
- Building and maintaining centre and customer relations
- Support Maintain and update the All Makes (OC+ Supplier Section) on our Portal.
- Build and Maintain Supplier relationships.
- Regularly review processes amongst the All Makes Teams
- Manage promotional items sent out to team members.
- Responsibility of supporting Internal Purchase Ledger interaction with Account Dept
- Responsibility of Courier Services within the business
- Attend relevant sales meetings, functions, conferences, shows or exhibitions.
- Any other duty as required by the line manager to fulfil the daytoday support of the business
Working Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
