We're looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of Endoscopy Manager at our independent private Hospital located in leafy St Johns Wood, just minutes away from Central London on the Jubilee line. About the job:

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality Endoscopy care
  • Lead a team and manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite
  • Offer expertise and leadership to ensure a safe and patient-centered endoscopy service

Qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Nurse with a background in Gastroenterology/Endoscopy
  • Nursing qualification (ENB906 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Endoscopy Nurse
  • Experience in the Independent sector
  • Teaching/Mentorship qualification

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endoscopy service to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the Theatre Manager to maintain staffing levels and clinical standards
  • Ensure a safe environment and address any issues affecting patient safety
  • Provide specialist advice and support as needed
  • Maintain equipment and resources for endoscopy sessions
  • Participate in the care and maintenance of endoscopes and specialized equipment
  • Maximize utilization of endoscopy time
