  • Multitasking, excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills are essential.
  • It is also essential to have a passion for food and customer service.
  • Our Unique Selling Point is not just our food but also the service that we provide as a company. Our regular customers are loyal due to our friendly and positive manner whilst providing excellent quality food.

Initially the following duties will be required on a day to day basis:

  • Food preparation and cooking prior to event opening time and ensuring you are ready for service before customers arrive.
  • Engaging with customers in relation to the length of wait, and taking orders from them as well as cooking.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and conducting food preparation.
  • Taking Cash and Card payments
  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning the equipment and catering unit for next day trading
