About us...

Select Offshore is an industry leader in Renewables, Offshore and Marine recruitment, and the winners of International Recruitment Company of the Year 2023. We now have a huge growth plan in place and are looking to add 50 heads to the business within the next 3 years.

We are currently in the final stages of acquiring an automotive recruitment company with large established clients throughout the UK, so looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to come in and build and develop a desk within the automotive sector, with a focus on EV.

This role will provide a fast track to leadership when building your own team of consultants in the future; which is an integral part to our growth at Select Offshore. The ideal candidate will have a track record of winning new business and growing accounts, be capable of managing their own time, and have the ability to proactively cross sell.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible for business development on our automotive division
  • Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
  • Lead executive search projects across the globe
  • Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
  • Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
  • Stakeholder management
  • Have a growing base of contacts
  • Negotiate salaries between parties
  • Push for Top-Biller status
  • Excellent knowledge of market and sector is desired
  • Mentor, coach & develop a team of Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc. in the near future.

  • Experience having built within a vertical market
  • Someone who is highly competitive, with a proven record of billing
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities
  • Professional, emotionally mature and ethical
  • Takes the ownership of delegated tasks, is organised
  • Be a team player, with the desire to become a leader, that can 'think outside of the box'
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a "can do attitude"
  • Strong track record in management
  • Be able to bring energy to the office every day
