Role and Responsibilities
Dive deep into the core of our operations – reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems.

Provide SAP Payroll (UK and ROI) support within the Atos UK and Northern Europe team and the wider Atos SAP HCM/SuccessFactors community during both learning and project engagements.

Transform your insights into living documents that define scope, objectives, and cutting-edge systems to fuel our big-picture business strategies.

The daily tasks will include supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing SAP payroll customers, as well as involvement in specific projects.

Be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions, crafting user stories and top-notch software designs that bring dreams to life.

Provide updates to senior SAP technical team colleague, Project Managers and Delivery Directors on assigned engagements where required.

Guide businesses towards a future filled with optimized processes and just the right touch of IT automation, making their visions a reality.

Discover the essence of operations by studying business functions, gathering insights, and creating output formats that hit the bullseye.

Map out the journey with precise workflow charts and diagrams, exploring system capabilities and outlining specifications that ensure success.

Required Skills and Experience
~4+ years of hands on configuration and system administration experience with SAP HCM Payroll - Knowledge of ROI payroll and UK payroll
~ Ability to support the planning/architect new project requirements.
~ Self-driven with the ability to work with customers and engage stakeholders
~ Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs
~ Competent in SAP implementation methodologies such as Activate
~ Hold a valid UK security cleared status or have the ability to obtain.
