Optime Group in partnership with a well known Ground Handling company located at Bristol International Airport are looking for Front of House Staff /Passenger Service Agents.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experiences and someone who enjoys working as an individual or part of a team.

NOW £11.50 per hour

Start Dates:

  • 10th July 202 7th August 202 4th September 2023

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in of passenger's baggage for their respective flights
  • Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
  • Offering and aiding customers' needs
  • Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
  • Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

An example of this Rota pattern could be:3 on 6 off

  • Day Off x6
Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.

Skills required:

  • Good eye for the details
  • Previous customer service experiences
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and understanding
  • Flexibility

Documents required at interview:

  • Passport or Birth Certificate
  • UK Settled Status (If applicable)
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Proof of (current) Address
  • 5 Year Address History
  • 5 Year Work Reference History

Hours of work/Pay rates:

  • Full time position with permanent role opportunity (20 hours per week)
- £ 11.50 p/h paid weekly

  • Overtime paid at £15.7 2 weeks paid training provided
  • Hours may vary working on a 3 on 6 off pattern
