Director of Estates & Facilities

Lead the strategic direction of estates and facilities, creating a culture of exceptional service delivery focused on providing a world-class environment for research outcomes.

The Babraham Research Campus is one of the leading locations in Europe for early-stage and scale-up life sciences companies to start up and grow.

It is a co-location of world-class life science research with a dynamic community of scientists and entrepreneurs helping to discover and develop therapeutics for the future.

The Campus plays a pivotal role in the Cambridge life-science cluster and is the home to start-up and scale-up companies, with c.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Estates & Facilities will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a range of operational teams ensuring high quality, value for money services to our customers.

A natural collaborator, you will possess the interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to succeed in a leading research environment.

The role will suit leaders with demonstrable success in leading change and transformation programmes focused on continual improvements.
