The Campus plays a pivotal role in the Cambridge life-science cluster and is the home to start-up and scale-up companies, with c.Babraham Research Campus has a bold vision and strategy, with planned growth and development.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Estates & Facilities will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a range of operational teams ensuring high quality, value for money services to our customers. A natural collaborator, you will possess the interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to succeed in a leading research environment. The role will suit leaders with demonstrable success in leading change and transformation programmes focused on continual improvements.
