We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Project Administrator to support our client, a leading Technology & IT Security organisation.

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with revenue recognition projects by assisting project leaders in various important tasks.

Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, including Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Customer Success.

Support Customer Success Managers (CSM's) in chasing new or top-up Purchase Orders (POs) to reduce non-compliant revenue recognition risk.

Collate, update, and present data for the billing team for effective communication and issue resolution.
Foster positive internal feedback by becoming a trusted advisor on revenue recognition policies.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word).
Self-motivated, able to work remotely and travel to London region offices when required (up to once a week).
