Working closely with the Head of IT and operational business managers, you will be responsible for developing their core business systems to meet the needs of the business, implementing a new Finance system (Business Central) and a CRM solution using MSDynamics, so strong Microsoft skills are essential for this role.
Role and responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of MS Dynamics CRM for Customer Service and Business Central for Finance solutions.
Develop the Dynamics platform to integrate other business requirements.
Provide technical expertise to support integration between different systems
Produce detailed specification documents to allow suitable IT solutions to be identified.
Manage user acceptance testing.
Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
Provide technical support for the Dynamics 365 environment.
Experience of implementing, configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance solutions
Experience of integrating MS Dynamics 365 with other third-party solutions
Some exposure to programming environments. This might be using PowerApps, or another programming tool, or manipulating data using Power BI.
Dynamics data migration experience
Experience of supporting a relational database environment, ideally MS SQL
Technical knowledge of integrating MS Dynamics 365 with other non-MS solutions
