This exciting new opportunity has been designed to support a motivated and passionate individual, this would suit a college leaver or Graduate or someone currently working within internal sales who is looking to make the step to a field sales role.

You will have all the tools to be effective, a laptop, a phone and a competitive salary with the ability to earn commission.

After successful completion of training, you will be expected to be a field-based employee, and the package will then also include a Company Car.


Atlas Copco Power Technique in the UK is made up of a small, dedicated team of outstanding employees who support our distributors and customers with our wide range of solutions.

These products are used across a vast range of industries - from construction sites, and offshore platforms, to sporting events and everything in between.

Develop existing accounts and look for new direct sales opportunities.

  • Utilising the CRM system and working closely with the marketing team.
  • Proactive account management of key accounts.
  • Management of all customer data, including opportunities and the preparation and submission of quotes.
  • You will be responsible for developing existing accounts, maintaining resale channels and also for finding prospects and converting them to new customer accounts. The role requires a confident person with a technical understanding (or a desire and passion to learn) who is ultimately prepared to travel and conduct face-to-face meetings with both new and existing accounts/prospects.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
  • Fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
* 12 months training, learning and integration; initially working largely from the Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, and conducting some external face-to-face customer visits supported by the Business Line Manager before becoming fully 'field based'.

  • Training from day one, with at least 40 hours of training offered per year.
