Full time, 37 hours a week; Monday-Thursday 8:24-5 and Friday 8:24-4

ECL Community Equipment Service supplies and maintains vital equipment, essential to support individuals' daily living needs.


The Medsurg and Contractor Administrator role is accountable for creating and scheduling client orders for recurring deliveries of Medical Surgical equipment.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring sufficient stock to fulfil orders, at all times.


The role is also responsible for processing jobs and invoices completed by ECL's appointed external contractors, as well as carrying out compliance checks to ensure operational working practices are being carried out in line with company policies and procedures.


Skills and Experience required:

  • English and Math level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, prior experience of a Warehouse Management System and Purchase Order System would be beneficial.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and be proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, including clear and effective telephone manner for clients who may have hearing impairments
