Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customers' orders.
  • Clean and maintain the espresso machine and other equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Greet customers in a consitiently friendly manner.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials and allergen information.
  • Accept payments from customers.
  • Clean down tables during and after service
- transistion into the kitchen when required to deliver orders and keep the pace during peak times

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 3-15 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)
