Kitchen Porter to join a strong and dynamic team at our award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant.

This role is full time, however part time hours can be considered, with the shift pattern of 2pm until 10pm.

Duties and responsibilities:
-

  • Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
  • Washes pots, pans, and trays.
  • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
  • Organises crockery shelves and ensures each kitchen has the relevant crockery for its service
  • Ensures the back corridor is swept and mopped each shift
  • Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Steam cleans or hoses out rubbish bins
  • Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits as requested.
  • Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
  • Organises and checks deliveries as required ensuring all stock is rotated.
  • Ensures regular checks and cleaning of the bin area

£8.00-£11.00 per hour
