Tag is looking for a creative Designer with a head for strategy and shopper marketing experience. Someone who's prepared to challenge and be challenged.
What you'll be doing
Helping rollout toolkits that complement above the line creative and adhere to shopper principles.
Working with a Senior Copywriter on concepts for digital and shopper tools for all Imperial products—combustible, non-combustible and heat technology tobacco.

Developing strategic concepts, shopper toolkits and varied marketing materials.nOverseeing the delivery of creative for locations where the cultural context is different.nDeveloping brand experiences, POS, digital content and expert marketing.nWorking closely with client design leaders and marketing teams, and rostered agency partners.nCommunicating with stakeholders to agree timelines and develop project deliverables.nPresenting to people at every level of the business as well as clients and other stakeholders.
Designing digital content across social, content, CRM, film and brand.nHelping to come up with innovative ideas and produce world-class content.nDesigning and artworking visually stunning content across shopper and digital platforms.nHelping drive concept-led, digital, creative solutions for the modern marketing landscape.nProviding POSM inspiration and selling in new ideas.nEnsuring creative output meets stakeholder expectations and is delivered on time.nDeveloping a clear understanding of how brands communicate in specific channels.nManaging stakeholder expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets.
4+ years working in a design role—agency or client-side.nExperience of other design disciplines, including brand identity and POS.nThe ability to utilise marketing and design research findings to inform your work.nThe ability to work to, and consistently hit, deadlines.nExperience of designing engaging visual comms across all digital channels.nExperience storyboarding for moving image.nStrong written and verbal comprehension skills.nExcellent Mac skills—fully conversant with Adobe suite.nRelentless curiosity about people, technology, brands, design and business.nStrong views, but also the ability to listen, learn and adapt.

High stakeholder satisfaction scores (internal/external)nProject delivery to agreed budget and timelinesnUnderstanding of client core brands and their principles
