About the role and the team:
This is an exciting time to join our team because we are currently preparing for one of the most important events in the Collection's history.
We are moving our two collection stores (currently in London and Yorkshire) into one pioneering storage facility in Coventry in 2024.
The Store Move Documentation Assistant will work closely with the Collections team to support all aspects of the collection management and the store move to Coventry.
Role objectives
This is an exciting opportunity for a Store Move Documentation Assistant to be joining the Arts Council Collection as we deliver the next exciting phase in our history.
We look to consolidate and enhance programmes of work alongside the move of our collection stores to a new national arts facility in Coventry that will house our art collection.
In this role, you will work alongside our Collections team to support planned collection moves to Coventry, improve our current levels of documentation, and ensure the move is recorded to the highest possible standards.
