Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician
The role we're offering is crucial within Care Services, as it provides a central point of contact for care home customers to ensure top-notch customer care is consistently delivered. You'll also be in charge of overseeing the operational aspects of the Care Services pharmacy. This position comes with a high level of independence and presents opportunities for future leadership growth.
- Plan the workload for Care Services to guarantee the best service
- Collaborate with a network of about 40 care homes, store teams, and GP surgeries
- Address issues raised by care homes promptly
- Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy
- Support dispensing activities such as labeling, preparing prescriptions, and more
- Work closely with the Regional Business Manager to promote Boots in the local community
What you need:
- Minimum NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Effective time management and organizational skills
