We currently have two site and hold a franchise, selling new and used vehicles, offering finance, services and repairs. You will be joining us at a time of exciting growth for the business. We have a passion for success and pride ourselves on attention to detail across all areas of our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain company stock to meet business requirements.
  • To use company DMS to manage stock purchase, inventory levels and stock sales to ensure accurate stock records.
  • Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
  • Identify and purchase desired parts and accessories, balancing costs verses company needs.
  • Return items no longer required within the allocated timeframe.
  • Coordinate a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.
  • Establish and control inventory system with full inventory/stock checks and conduct spot checks to ensure that actual inventory coincides on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with Preparation Manager and technicians to ensure work is actioned effectively and efficiently.
  • Pick and distribute parts for the Technicians.
  • Order, stock and monitor usage of valeting products.
  • Ensure all waste is disposed of safely and appropriately (used oil, filters, tyre carcasses, general waste and used parts).
  • Ensure the parts storage area is kept clean, tidy and safe to work in.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
