We are working with our client based on the outskirts of Norwich who are one of the UKs leading materials re-processor to a diverse rangeof customers.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day evaluation of yields and outputs
Develop current processes into a more automated and streamlined process
Manage and lead the production operation including team leaders and operatives
Promote a positive working culture
Problem solving when issues arise on the production line and implementing plans to stop this problem arising again

Person Specification
Extensive experience in a senior operations or manufacturing management role
Experience in providing focus and leadership across the production area

Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, support, influence, and coach others in a team-based organisation.
Strong understanding of business financials and reporting to Group

Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.

Able to gain commitment and drive for results at all levels of the organisation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Health and Safety aware
Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001
