Role Overview:
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a commercial cladding project on an occupied site. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure highquality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working on commercial sites, particularly those that are occupied.
- Extensive experience in external cladding projects.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- HND (Higher National Diploma) in a relevant subject.
- Based in Scotland.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in managing largescale commercial cladding projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
