London, Greater London, United Kingdom The Office Management Group Full time
We're hiring this role on behalf of our client. This is a specialised role within our client's business, focused solely on providing support for the ICRS.

The role profile represents what we know today and should be seen as a foundation for ICRS project coordination and may evolve over time.

This role will suit a strong administrator, who is organised and proactive and enjoys a variety of tasks - the role can be mostly remote with occasional visits to the office.

If you have an administrative, assistant or office management background it could be the perfect role for you.

Role Overview:

You support the business to coordinate organisational and administrative aspects of the ICRS. You understand ICRS's structure, governance and the needs of its members.

You manage your own time to a high level and can balance the demands of members with the efficient running of the project.

You anticipate the needs of members and your ICRS Secretariat colleagues. You will follow established policies and processes to ensure the smooth running of the project.

You think beyond the specific task in hand; and use your internal and external networks to come up with solutions to problems.

You are starting to proactively manage the project, looking for ways to administer and organise the project more effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage member liaison (this includes managing the ICRS mailbox and fielding enquiries), building relationships with key contacts among ICRS members:

  • Provide a high level of support to the organisational and individual member renewal process
  • Write and distribute communications campaigns (including our monthly newsletter, The Express), special campaigns, social media and event invitations, blogs, etc.
  • Act as the main coordinator of content on the ICRS website ), including updating content regularly
  • Provide administrative and technical support to our Hubs programme including virtual event organisation, meeting scheduling, and minutetaking
  • Manage and keep uptodate the ICRS membership database (on Umbraco and HubSpot)
  • Coordinate Board meetings including scheduling, sending invitations, organising suitable venues, setting agendas, taking minutes and filings with Companies House
  • Run our biannual mentoring programme and look to grow and develop the programme further
  • Liaise with web developers and other service providers
  • Liaise with and bring onboard new members (but there are no 'sales' targets)
  • Support the organisation and delivery of our flagship member

Skills:

  • Good project management and organisational skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide range of people and audiences at all levels
  • Able to build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to prioritise own work in response to deadlines and achieving important milestones
  • Keep your promises; and deliver what you promise to colleagues, who are your "clients" in a "client"ready format

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 28 per week

Salary:
Up to £38,000.00 per year
