The Role:
We're inviting applications from skilled .Net Developers with a minimum of 4 years of experience in .Net technologies.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage in real-world challenges, apply critical thinking, and contribute significantly to our diverse projects.
Your Responsibilities:
Software Architecture and Design:
Guide the architecture and design of our software applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, including squad managers and business leaders, to develop and refine product roadmaps that align with our strategic objectives
Technical Leadership:
Serve as a pillar of technical expertise, mentoring our developers, fostering a culture of learning, and ensuring continuous improvement through workshops and collaborative sessions
Coding Standards and Best Practices:
Define and uphold coding standards and best practices, ensuring our code is not just functional but a benchmark for quality and maintainability
Project Delivery:
Efficiently manage complex tasks, troubleshoot with precision, and maintain a consistent pace of delivery without compromising on quality
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of the .NET framework and related technologies.
Strong foundation in software architecture and design principles.
Expertise in coding standards and best practices.
Proven ability to mentor and support other developers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects rapidly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

A competitive salary from £45,000 a year, plus up to 10% bonus.
