We are supporting a legal company on the outskirts of Salisbury with the recruitment of a
Probate Manager. Your role as the Probate Manager will be to supervise the probate team daily. This role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge, has excellent organisation and time management skills.

Your duties and responsibilities as the
Probate Manager are to supervise the case handlers.

You will meet with team individually weekly to run through their case load, offer assistance and guidance to them making the process as easy as possible forall involved.

You will need to organise any training that maybe required and oversee recruiting any additional staff when needed. You will also hold regular reviews with your team and set goals that you will help them achieve.

As the
Probate Manager you;

  • Must have a law degree or equivalent.
  • Will receive full training regarding our process.
  • Need to be friendly, polite, and be driven to grow with the company.
  • Will have the ability to deal with a variety of clients and be able to work under pressure.
  • Will need to have meticulous attention to detail.
  • Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients.
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to developing probate processes.
