This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the design team at a global manufacturing company, building and iterating on UI components in a pattern library and driving the integration of these components into software products as well as generalist software engineering work.

As Frontend Developer you will maintain, develop, and enhance a UI and UX Style guide and Pattern Library that allows internal and external software partners to build a consistent, coherent user experience across a suite of 3D printing software products.

This role is part of a platform API team, with all activity being done as part of that collaborative team environment utilising agile and scrum including peer reviews of all work output.

Hours of Work:
Full time, Hybrid working available.
Duties & Responsibilities of the

Frontend Developer:

Collaborate with teams building software products to drive the adoption of the style guide and to keep products up to date with style guide changes.

What you will need to succeed as

Frontend Developer:
Strong experience with front end web development, with HTML, CSS and a modern frontend framework.
Proven experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with a 3D graphics framework such as
Capable of making well-informed UI/UX decisions based on project requirements and target audience preferences
js
Experience with Electron or other frameworks for using web frontends in desktop applications.
Experience with 3D printers, CNC mills, or other manufacturing processes
Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience
