Your Role as a Frontend Developer

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform by:

  • Maintaining existing systems: Addressing bugs, resolving issues, and implementing minor enhancements.
  • Developing new features: Building significant functionalities from scratch within our existing systems.
  • Redesigning legacy pages: Modernizing outdated pages with fresh designs.
  • Creating innovative solutions: Designing and developing new features and architectural approaches.
  • Supporting existing functionalities: Fixing errors, refactoring code for improved performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Migrating functionalities: Transitioning features from our legacy tech stack.
  • Collaborating effectively: Participating in team grooming sessions to refine and prioritize tasks, and working closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to find joint solutions for business requirements.
  • Planning and estimation: Contributing to the planning and estimation of team tasks.
  • Analyzing requirements: Selecting and implementing appropriate architectural and technical solutions based on business needs.
  • Proposing improvements: Continuously contributing to codebase enhancements.
  • Conducting code reviews: Ensuring high code quality across the entire codebase.

What We Look For

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Commercial Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with React.
  • Technical Background: A degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Technological Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of React.
    • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience with Web Components & React elements.
    • Familiarity with GraphQL.
    • Experience with REST API and basic knowledge of OpenAPI specification.

Nice to Have

While not required, experience with the following would be beneficial:

  • Basic understanding of ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, at a level sufficient for reading, understanding code, and making adjustments to JavaScript and layout.
  • Commercial experience with Nx for managing monorepositories in large projects.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience in writing unit tests with Jest.
