About the Role
Key Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 1 years' experience working within a receptionist/administrator role or similar
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding and ability to operate Microsoft office software (Word/Excel/Outlook in particular)
- Ability to work within allocated time scales
- Good punctuality, proactive approach, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to selfmotivate and work autonomously
- Eloquent and professional telephone manner
- A full driving licence would be preferable but not essential
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Directing all incoming calls and greeting clients and visitors
- Monitoring and triaging internal inboxes sales, enquiries, careers and meeting room calendars
- Liaising with HR, IT and Travel
- Arranging deliveries and client lunches
- Ordering stationary, office supplies and marketing supplies
- Overseeing attendance reports
- Other administrative duties when required including laminating, printing and document control
- Providing support with holidays, expenses, timesheets and organising internal and external events when needed
